| TREVI FONTANA - (Roma) |
The queen of roman's fontanas and the most characteristic.
Created by N.Salvi, perfect fusion of architecture and sculpture,with the central figure of Ocean transported on a shell eyes by sea-horses, between water sprays and statues.
It is tradition put a currency inside the fontana to make sure itself to come back in Rome.

The celebrative altar of peace was erected in 13-9 b.c.; it was recomposed in 1938 with original fragment and with treads for lacking parts.
